"I had chicken and red velvet waffles, which were delicious! They serve enough food and the chicken is like your mama made it... if your mom can fry chicken lol the atmosphere is what had me. It has a lot of character and everyone that greeted us, includingthe cooking staff, were so enthusiastic about the choices and all around, we felt genuinely cared for as guests. Definitelyrecommend!"

"We stayed here as a harvest host guest but had to leave because of the Texas heat. We had a generator but could only use one a/c and that wasn?t sufficient. Beautiful place and I?m sorry we didn?t get to partake in the food but I?m glad we got to see thebeauty of the farm!!! Keep up the good work!!"

"My friend that lives in Beaumont introduced me to Tia Juanita's a few years ago and I had the opportunity to eat here again while passing through for work. Both times I had the boudin quesadilla which was so good I'm not sure I could even try anything else on the menu! Great service and a cool atmosphere too."

"Last Sunday I went and had an amazing brunch with mimosas (lots) I left my passport there that used instead of my lost ID. Somehow (after the many mimoses) I left it. Thank you for the great, waiting staff owner I felt over fb, my passport was kept in their safe until I could return. The best food staff has their hands down!"

"I promote black own businesses all day. Saying that, the Mac and cheese was tangy to the point after one bit I no longer wanted to eat it. The egg rolls were slightly on the dry side. After a few bites of the ettuffee that was nolonger desirable. But the fried fish was great. The items to my meal cost me around $35, which caused me to feel cheated. But other than that the rest was amazing. The customer service was impressive, allowing me to feel at home. Needless to say, most of the meal had to go in the trash. Thanks Stir It Up Bistro for making my first visit my last."
