"Food is amazing and waitstaff awesome. Sadly, we will not be returning out of principle. I dropped an expensive, hand made alpaca and cashmere scarf on my way out. Manager contacted me within 20 minutes to let me know and ensured he would put it aside. Told me to come when they reopened on Wednesday. When I arrived, the scarf was missing and the person I dealt with was rude and condescending about the fact that I had the nerve to show up during closed hours to retrieve my lost item. No apology or recourse was given. Basically told that it must have been thrown away or put with the bar rags. Poor customer service."
