"My girlfriend and I decided to try Schymik's for our Valentine's dinner tonight, 2/14/23. We had an 8:30 reservation, walked in at 8:15, and were seated promptly. Our waitress greeted us promptly, seemed very pleasant, and let us know she'd be back for our order. She returned a short while later, took our order, and continued checking on other tables. Fairly soon afterwards, the hostess brought our dinner to our table. Our dinner was delicious, however, our service was disappointing. Our waitress checked on every table in our room multiple times but never stopped by our table a single time while our glasses sat empty. Eventually, the hostess was in our room and we were able to ask for refills. We finished our dinner and waited a while longer before our waitress showed up and gave us our check. We enjoyed the food but felt we were ignored. This was quite a disappointing experience for a special occasion."
