"Supremes were good. Fries were obviously fried earlier, then, reheated/refried at the time of service. There was no ice in my ICED tea not even 1 cube. And, its not like it melted on the way to me. My dasher did not waste any time when he made my delivery. A straw would have been nice."

"First time visiting First Watch was at the Hampton Location. First visit we had shrimp and grits, and the traditional pancake breakfast. I really enjoyed the ambience, waitstaff and food. We will be returning."

"We made a reservation because we were told this is one of the best brunch places when visiting Newport News. This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It took us almost 2 hours to get food after placing our order; when the food finally arrived it was incorrect, some of the food was over cooked and looked like it was made days ago. The GM Nikki has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen; when she finally approached the table she made excuses after excuses and basically told us our complaints were invalid and times were not correct, when attempting to correct the issue she again made additional excuses and had a i don’t care attitude. We ended up speaking with the owner Chris who was actually pleasant to speak with! He came with a better attitude and customer service, he made a horrible experience turn around slightly."

"During the lunch break, just a few tables and service over 30 minutes for a 4 top. Very courteous staff, only slow service. The food was regrettable. I have a sandwich with a bread clip on the plate and a hair on the sandwich. I had no time to send it back, so I ate the other half, and it was just okay. Great pommes."

"On a trip to Newport News for my daughter's birthday and I decided to look up restaurants in the area. Loved the reviews so gave this place a try and I am so glad we did. Everything was delicious, but my soul on a roll chicken sandwich, perfection onion rings as well. The atmosphere was so lovely and our waitress and many others stop by our table to make sure we were ok which was a plus. If you're in this area this restaurant is definitely worth trying."
