"As a local I am here several times over the years and really never had a bad meal. Your location right in the heart of downtown Roanoke makes it to visit locals and people from the city. I usually try to order something else every time, because everything on the menu looks good from appetizers to salads and main dishes. This time I ordered the herbal baked goat cheese salad with Dijon vinaigrette dressing. I don't know why I didn't order it before, but it's up on my list now. But the duck is what led me to write this review. The darkened tuna with Andouille sausage Risotto is to die!! I think it could be one of my favorite dishes from a restaurant and I have been old and in many restaurants in many different states. If you are a seafood and Risotto lover, you must try this; I know you agree"

"Don't bother if you're vegan. The only thing I could order without cheese was hummus and then I paid for feta that was left on request. Should the rice beans have ordered cheese option Sans cheese. That was the extent of the offers for vegans. Gotta pack More food on travel"

"Full disappointment! more terrible service! waits an hour and a half with a reservation! was sent at check-in and forget to the bar. asked about the manager and he came by and said in the ground only sorry no mention of complications about eating or so. when did I ask? the cowardling of a man answered, we can make free dessert he could not even come over the table and forward these information himself, he simply pushed it onto the waitress. can not speak with the quality of eating, as we did not stay. the only bright spot was the waitress in the bar, but I will never come back."

"We went here for our anniversary. The red snapper was bland. The bbq pork chop was undercooked, I had to send the food back. The only thing that was appetizing in this restaurant was the calamari. It was 94 degrees outside and 96 inside. The restaurant had no air conditioning blowing, just a few ceiling fan spinning. The waitress was attentive and apologetic. Regardless of the temperature outside or inside, he always drinks coffee."
