"Horrible customer service and food. I could not wait to try their food. We could not order at the drive through we waited and no one ever said anything. We drove around to the window and ask could we order and the girl that worked their was acting confused like she didn't know what she was doing. She took our order (cheeseburger and three slices of cake) she told us to pull up and someone would bring it out. We waited around 30min I called into the restaurant and asked out much longer and someone said it is coming out now. Mind you we were the only people at that restaurant. A guy brought our food out I asked what took so long and he just mumble something and walked back into the restaurant. The burger was horrible and greasy and made my stomach hurt. I hate to have my HARD EARNED money wasted and have horrible customer service. THey could have at least apologized for the long wait. I WON'T BE BACK."

"Waffle House is our go-to breakfast spot on Saturday mornings. The food is consistently good and the service is always fast. I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband loves their coffee more than any other restaurant. You know what you are getting at Waffle House and we love coming here!"
