"Ich bin für einige Zeit in der Nähe in einem Hotel. Da schaut man sich dann um, was die Gegend so an Restaurants bietet. Dabei fiel mir auf dem Britzer Damm das China Restaurant "Fu Long" auf. Von außen das typisch chinesische mit den roten Lampen - innen ein ziemlich langer Schlauch. Der erste Eindruck war nicht so optimal - es hatte alles so einen gefühlten "schmuddeligen" Touch.Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich habe eine Gwan-Tan-Suppe für € 2,30 und als Hauptgericht ein Huhn mit Morcheln für 9.50 € geordert. Die Suppe kam in einer sehr grossen Tasse schnell. Sie schmeckte aber leider etwas muffig. Ich habe mir mit Sojaöl und Sambal Olek geholfen. Trotzdem würde ich die Suppe dort nicht wieder essen. Das Hauptgericht stellte sich als sehr üppige Portion mit jede Menge gebratenem Huhn auf einem Gemüsebeet heraus. Leider war auch der Geschmack dieser Portion nicht sehr gut - Sambal Olek war nötig, um den leicht muffigen Geschmack zu verdecken. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange die Speisen in der Küche vorgehalten werden, aber das war nicht so gut - da hilft ja nun auch nicht der sehr niedrige Preis der Speisen - dann doch lieber etwas teurer aber dafür sollte alles etwas frischer sein. Fazit:Ich gehe gern chinesisch essen, ich bin auch locker satt geworden, aber richtig appetitlich war das leider nicht. Ich würde nicht unbedingt ein zweites Mal dort essen gehen. Knut Krabbes"
