"A big open area. There are group classes and they work with a lot of kids sports leagues. There are also personal trainers that bring clients. A very clean environment with lots of options to get a good work out! All the trainers there are very professional and easygoing. Tiffanie is my trainer and she tortures me pretty good! Love it!!"
