"Good food and drink, although I don't like all of their Southwestern dishes. I also wished they had some Octoberfest beers. I did love my Texas Cheese Fries. I loved the Southwestern Egg Rolls my girlfriend shared with me as well. Our waitress was very attentive. That was saying something, because she was very busy that night! "The food is usually okay to good here (not as good as some Mexican restaurants I've been to in the southwest of course) but decent for the area nonetheless. My main issue is when I came here a few weeks ago with my group, when the guacamole came out itwas fluorescent green???? This should've been my first tip but I thought maybe it was the lighting. Upon the first bite though Iknew something was wrong and it only took me about 2 seconds to realize it was made from a prepackaged powdered mix. Now I makeguacamole all the time at home, and I consider myself to have high guac standards lol. Obviously once it browns it's ready toget tossed, but they should've just 86'd it from the menu instead of serving that if they didnt have any real avacados. Once Ifigured it out I couldn't make myself continue to eat it. My small son enjoyed it though, so I didn't want to say anything andruin it for him. Also the beans and rice we had ordered as side dishes came out completely cold. Cheese had melted on top, soit was obviously hot as some point but felt more like it had come out of the cooler cold on the plate. This has never been anissue before on previous visits, so it was a pretty unpleasant surprise."

"Smiles from the greeting at door at the table. Dining room was in order and clean within 30 minutes of lunch hour, that’s impressive. Food was hot, flavorful and appetizing. Was a great presentation. The staff checked in on our drinks and to see if we were pleased with our food. Prices are affordable and no loud noises from kitchen. Best Mex-American around."
