"I just want to say, to all those in the service industry THANK YOU! Since the pandemic everything has changed. I stood in this loocation waiting for my order to be made and sat on the counter. I watched as the drive thru filled up as well as thecounter for mobile and delivery orders did the same. You all working as fast as you can to provide everyone their order withprecision and quality is an effort that most have never experience in their work life. I appreciate your effort to providemyself and others with the food they crave. It's comfort food for some and late night after the bar food for others, but eitherway I want to say thank you for giving your best effort to make my crunch wrap and all the other menu items. If someonecomplains they have waited to long, just smile and know that for each 1 complaint you have tons more positive gratefulcustomers. And my food was perfectly taco bell comfort food, couldn't ask for more."

"As far as Mexican restaurants go the food here is just fine. The steak fajitas were flavored well and the cheese dip (not queso! was very good. The service was not so good. We had to squeeze by a man sitting at a large group table they shoved right by the front door. And we felt like an afterthought to our waitress even though it wasn't very busy at all."

"I just wanna say that as a delivery driver alot of restaurants ignore us or look down on us. Today when I picked up an order from Freddy's it was refreshing that not only the cashier greeted me but so did an employee who was getting her own drink off to the side. They were both super friendly and the food was ready to go. Kindness goes a long way and these girls had it!!!"

"My boyfriend and I came to Mi Casita for dinner one summer night. We were quickly seated and given complimentary chips and salsa. For food, we ordered a chori-queso taco, some enchiladas, and a shrimp quesadilla. Thank goodness for the chips and salsa, because everything majorly slowed down after that. It took forever to get our order taken, get our food, get water refilled, and even to get our check to leave. The food was decent, but waiting for a cup of water after a big salty meal on a hot summer day was an extremely miserable experience. Our server was nice but hardly visible. On the plus side, we had enough leftovers to make a small meal for the next day. However, I am not sure if that was due to the food portion size or due to eating an entire bowl of chips and salsa while waiting for our food. Mi Casita has decent Mexican food, but ridiculously slow service is not a homely feeling."
