"It's not glamorous, but who cares if you're hungry in the middle of Nevada! The servers were very accommodating when we asked what they had for vegans and built us two huge black beans Burritos. There were many additions such as guacamole, salad, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, corn relish, onions, salsa and probably other things I don't remember. The finished product was big and delicious! I'll remember this place in Elko, the next street I'm about Nevada on I-80."
