"Galvan is a place in the heart of santiago village. they had the best fresh fish that we had served all week and to make good trips. many local favorite dishes and all well done. it has a large small town feel and very hard work...and friendly staff and owners. I can't wait to come back."

"We had seen this restaurant as we walked along the pier earlier in the week. My husband decided he wanted to have his birthday dinner here so we made reservations (which we did not need). When we arrived they had put Happy Birthday on our table with small little pink flowers. It was so lovely. My girlfriend and I ordered the short ribs. NOT like in the US. Thin piece of meat rather tough, but live and learn. Next time I will know. Everyone else raved about the food. The service was a bit slow, but my husband does not liked to be rushed so it was fine with us. We enjoyed the beauty of the ocean while having great conversation with our best friends."

"In Manzanillo we thought we had a drink and snack here after we toured the city. It was a very hot day, the drink was so welcome. We also had some guacamole and chips. Very good guacamole, I didn't like the chips so much, they were somehow... different, harder. But the place was very nice, good and quick service. Beautiful sea view from behind. Small place, but attractive"

"Really delicious tacos to great value. garnel and cheese on the cactus was incredible. the charges of free extras to salsas, frijoles and fried paprika and swirling. friendly service and a great price. comes back!"
