"I was in dozens of Mexican restaurants in cities in the usa, so I am qualified to judge. the obligatory chips were cold, but the salsa tasted fresh. the food was not seasoned and was basically thrown on the dish, no attempt to present. they were silly. the guac was old. it was a mess. if they expect to win future best of prizes, they need a new cook. taco bell is better than that."
