"The food is good but I'm always alarmed at the "steak" which is rather grey and flavourless. The service is usually pretty bad. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. For me it's a quick stop when I'm in a hurry and need a gluten free option (burrito bowl) to a sandwich or wrap. I'd compare it to Subway."

"Great sandwiches made fresh in front of you as you like them and include garnishes, deserts available too. They have frozen entrees to take home for dinner also as well as a large selection of cheeses. They can be very busy right at the lunch...hour so go a little off the peek time and you'll get out faster. Friendly wait staff."

"The beer is hit or miss. Sometimes it's enjoyable but most of the time not. The kitchen is down in a dungeon. Just have a look at how clean the bathrooms are and you may get an idea. Updated from previous review on Tuesday September 17, 2013"

"We've been here a couple of times and the food is good. It is clearly a start-up, and some things are still in the process of refinement, but the place is headed in the right direction. In Mexico, tacos are sold one by one, and this can get expensive if one decides to fill up on tacos alone at Holy Guacamole. I would suggest they serve some sort of combo with rice and beans for the hungry public. Their beverages (Jamaica and horchata) were good but a little high priced. The building is not exciting, but , once again, I'd say give them a little time and they should be on their way to success. If true Mexican food is what is under consideration, this place has it, and it is very good."

"We have been here for years and our family frequents this place. Atmosphere is always nice. People are friendly and service is great. Sadly the quality of food seems to be on a downward trend. I'm not sure if they have new staff/cooks, but the burrito meat was dry, the food wasn't as flavourful and they seem to have changed what comes with the meals. Salad only instead of salad, rice and beans. The chicken seems to be of a lesser quality. And the drinks weren't very good. I hope this was just an off day, because this is one of our favourite places. Quite disappointed though last time we were there."

"Just to start off, my boyfriend and I have been visiting Big Marco's for years now. Their Tapas night is by far a personal favourite of ours. Love their mussels & Chickpea salad!! They offer these great deals on Tuesday's & Thursdays, totally worth checking out.Great portions for what you are paying for.As for the pasta dishes, if you are looking for authentic homemade noodles, I would recommend passing on their pasta dishes because it is nothing but store bought noodles. Sauces are still pretty good though. A little bit of a let down coming from such an authentic style Italian restaurant. As for the Service, it was good."
