"The ambience is very beautiful, but the service leaves too much to be desired. After a table was assigned to us, it took half an hour until we got our drinks and the egg was served all the time until our appetizer was served... it took incredible 1.5 hours until we had our burgers. The neighboring table arrived half an hour later and was served more, and their dishes were served more than our, while sitting at the neighboring table 6 people. How can it be that you get more and later serve the food that it was just burgers? We didn't find that."
