"思案橋横丁をこれまで入った事のない店を、という基準でウロついて目についた二階の看板。 お客はまばら。 メニューを見て唐辛子鶏と皮蛋、そして二合の紹興酒を注文した。 いたって普通の皮蛋に並の紹興酒。 唐辛子鶏にいたっては、唐辛子と揚げた鶏がまったく調和していないので、もっと何かこう手を打ったほうが良いと思われる。 鶏に下味がまったくついていないのと、香ばしい揚げ唐辛子だれにトロミ等からまる要素がまったくないので鶏をつまみ上げても唐辛子は下に落ちるばかりで用をなさない。 壁面上部に焼酎の瓶が並べられていたが、その銘柄はメニューに無い様子。 できればその焼酎を一杯飲ませていただきたい。"

"おそらくかなり歴史のある店で中も外も年季が入っているのですが、それに加え店の中がやたらと物で散らかっているので誰かの家に来たような感じがします。 店番をするオヤジもやたらとフレンドリーかつ店関係者と思しきバアさんがいつも座敷で寝ているので、これがお宅訪問感に拍車をかけています。 ただ食事は至ってトラディショナルな中華料理で、味もちゃんとしています。 たまに仕込み忘れなどで用意されないメニューもありますが、半額で半分の量にしてくれたり融通は利きやすいようです。 長崎の中華料理店は高級そうに見えて案外気軽に入れる店が多いですが、ここはその典型のような店です。 過度な期待はせず、テレビばかり見ている店のオヤジとおしゃべりしに行くくらいで臨むのがちょうど良いと思います。 不衛生ではないですが、雑多でカオスな店です。"

"Yes the famous dumpling itself was really delicious! Super locally and enjoyable foods. But the inside is not so clean. It looks like local working dining. The owner have frown face and not good face. Always looks mad. Very blunt… of course the dumpling itself is nice and famous place. Some guide books say it’s where you try but hmmmmm I won’t go again."
