"This is an interesting little cafe-style Japanese restaurant. Service is okay, and the place is small and quirky. The food is pretty decent. Their pork katsudon is crispy on the outside and tender inside, done just right. Their chicken karaage pops are also quite good, done crisp and dry and very flavorful. I wasn't a big fan of their cheesy mayo gyoza, I didn't think the creamy sauce fit the dumplings all that well.Their prices are very good, it's a place I would visit again."

"I was craving Japanese so we ended up checking out this restaurant near our place. The name reminded me of one of my favorite Japanese restaurants that I frequented when I was working in the Makati area, named Suzu Kin. I thought it might be...More"

"The place was hot even though air conditioning were all on. Not to mention the dining area was noisy too. Surprisingly the seafood fried rice and dobin mushi were both on the saltier side. Tempura shrimps got smaller in size. The rest of the food were good. Service: Dine in"

"Gloomy, rainy, dark days always have me craving for one thing: a nice, hot, savory bowl of Ramen. Yesterday was one of those days. It has been raining non-stop since last week, and apparently, the release date of Pokemon Go had the worst timing. In...our area there are no Pokestops, so I have to depend on walking, which I can't do because of the rain. Anyways, going back to our main topic, I complained noisily to my trainer about wanting to eat Ramen. A lightbulb probably appeared on top of his head as he told me that he recently ate at a really good Ramen House in San Juan. That restaurant is Oyasumi Ramen. So, after training, I informed my grandparents about this restaurant and I found out that I wasn't the only one who was craving for Ramen. So we decided on going later that day. Fastforward, we arrived at Oyasumi Ramen, the place seemed welcoming but there was one problem. Lack of parking space, my grandfather had to park somewhere else as we waited inside the restaurant. When you first enter, they have the typical ramen bar area where you can see the chefs preparing the food. We had to stay there for awhile since all the tables had been occupied so we ordered in advance. Me and my grandfather went for the Iekei ramen which consisted of perfectly-cooked noodles with chashu slices in their signature tonkotsu-shoyu tare broth with spinach, leeks and sheets of nori. We had the chashu changed to thick-cut since it was just an added pesos. The original price was since we added it became pesos. I also ordered the Gyoza, because, just because. It didn't take long before we were seated, the tables were in their second floor and if I recall, there were only tables. Their serving time was quite fast and the warm bowls of ramen were set in front of us. Everyone else dug in but I took minutes to take pictures. Iekei Ramen and Gyoza I took a sip from the soup and the flavors were very rich, it satisfied my very soul with each sip. I then tasted the noodles, at first, they seemed bland, but after mixing it around in the bowl with the soup it started to taste better. What really amazed me was the Gyoza. It was divine, the best of all the others I had. It was tender and the taste was something I would never get bored of. I ate four and shared one with my grandmother. Luckily, it was cheat day so no regrets. I tried eating as slow as possible to enjoy the taste, but somehow, I finished before everyone else. I wasn't even able to try the Cheesy Risotto because I was so full. That's pretty much it, I'll try a different kind of ramen the next time I go back. Don't forget to check out my Instagram for more pictures:"

"Tried Tampopo Ramen at lunchtime, and the place - merely partitioned from the Promenade Mall itself - only had five or so diners in it. Staff were polite and there was the traditional greeting, but here it wasn't as enthusiastic as that of Ramen Nagi. I ordered the Black Pig Shabu Ramen and their steamed gyoza. The Black Pig Ramen was very good, but not quite as stellar as those of top ramen houses. The steamed gyoza was a departure from the previously fried versions, and had hints of China all over it. The mango shake was freshly made - not poured from a can - and is thus a plus point. Will come back!"

"Save you the disappointment and don't eat here. it is not only that the food does not taste well but what was scary is the bad quality of the ingredients they use. terrible! my mother wanted to try this Japanese restaurant for years and we finally gave her wish and brought our family from five to dinner tonight and it was such a disgusting! it was the worst Japanese I ever had. lachs sashimi and roll were pale and tasteless. udon tempura nudelsuppe was too sweet while the garnel tempura was soggy. grilled beef teriyaki was not grilled and instead saw and tasted pan fried; it was swimming in sauce! chicken tepanyaki served my mother we had to...read more"

"Now I don't have to drive and squeeze into Little Tokyo to enjoy Japanese food. This place belongs to Seryna and others. Nothing like Tsukiji, but for citizens like me this is as good as it gets"

"I've tried the shoyu ramen and chashu ramen. For the price it doesn't seem bad but it wont satisfy your ramen cravings. The regular serving of chashu ramen comes with 2 pcs of gyoza and 3-4 chunks of chashu pork."
