"Was really excited to try this place after reading some of the reviews. I was highly disappointed. How can you mess up something as simple as spaghetti and meatballs? The sauce was mediocre and the meatballs I?m about 90% sure they are the same frozen ones you can buy from the store. For how much it cost I would have expected handmade fresh meatballs... these remind me of the ones in spaghettiOs."

"Was eaten in the city for jacksonville marathon and after the race pizza. we have placed an order online, and the delivery was fast. to be in a hotel, the supplier came all the way to the room to deliver the pizza. that was very appreciated as we all had just ran 26,2 miles! the pizza was delicious. the Greek salate with Greek dressing was to die. excellent experience would recommend!"

"Casbah used to be one of my favorite late night spots in town, but the last 2 experiences have been so lack luster that I can?t come up with any reason to return. Service is trashy servers and bartenders yelling across the bar and across patrons to joke with their friends. They refuse to make any substitution from the menu, even simple requests. For example: my girlfriend requested a gyro without meat, with a substitution request of fried jibneh. Solid No. she then says, ?OK can I just have the gyro without meat and extra lettuce?? This isn?t an issue, however we are curtly informed that the sandwich will be the same price as the gyro that includes meat. The gyro she received is pictured below. Casbah was recently renovated, and it has lost its charm. The cozy bar and lush hookah lounge is but a memory, and on top of that, the AC was either not on or not working. On a previous visit, I received a drink that was improperly made and the manager/owner refused a comp on the check because the ?liquor already left the bottle? This place was never stellar, nor does anyone in the community expect fine dining service, but any reason to visit is hard to find with other, newer, more guest focused restaurants being introduced regularly."
