"The acropolis is pforzheim's best Greek restaurant. it is located in one of the few historical buildings after the war, and it also fits in it, because the house could also stand in Greece, with its seeing architecture. snow white facade, owale front and square back, on a small tower. it stands at the highest height of the city, and from here they have a magnificent view over pforzheim and the surrounding forests. especially in summer, on the large terrace, it is especially nice to sit here. but it can also be held inside. three clogged dining rooms, in which a fountain is in the middle, and the view into the open kitchen, in which is cooked and roasted. what is necessary, there are enough guests. during the weekdays the Greek dishes are served until 14 o'clock as meal times. prices between 6 and 8 euro. salat from buffet. on Sundays and solemnities there are warm kitchens throughout. for the first time we were here at a party, and immediately enthusiastic. the native was full, a small two table still reserved for us. a friendly young woman, gave us the menu and explained that in about 5 minutes we would get a hot bungalow with homemade crumb butter. salat from the buffet, we should go back. rolls and salads, they were almost tired, but the card offered delicious meals that they had to try out. besides the usual there are also carvings, steaks and vegetarian foods. we chose the Acropolis writer who consisted of putensteak, gyros, pommes, rice and saziki. despite the many guests we were served quickly, and the two young women who did this alone, I admired because of their constant giduld and ease. food came after reasonable time, and tasted very good. we were completely tired and satisfied. to our surprise we have served a little dessert, in the form of small melons, earthy and dripping, at the expense of the house. I like to give 5 stars for the clean, decorated with many orchids, the delicious food and the good service. P.S the Acropolis writer costs 12.50 euro, as well as most other food. update juli 2020 sat on the terrace with beautiful weather. corona carefree, the beautiful operation wore mouth protection, and disinfectant adequately present. seat in prescribed distance. the cheap dinners were very delicious."
