"1pm we got there. There were 10 people lining up before us. Looks like they were waiting for the tables. Like normal we just stood behind the line.1.45pm 10 people came before us and 10 people came after us all were called and got their tables. We just thought we were like the only idiots. No one said any word to us. We guessed we might need a reservation? So we made a 2pm reservation right at 1.45.2.40pm after another 10 people came after us entered this restaurant. We argued with the reception guy. He told us we are the last table on the reservation list. No one told us we need a reservation to line up here, no one even talked to us. We were in the middle of the line first 1 hour, then front of line last 1 hour. But the tables just never ours.Finally we got our table. Meat was not bad. But portions were just not big every round you ordered and only 3 rounds order for a table. For us, the portion was just okay. But the next table talked to us, said they are not even full, and they want to order more but no more orders. It’s kind of ridiculous. You are not full when you walk out from an all-you-can-eat restaurant.I didn’t mean anything to any staff there but the management. Please don’t forget to make a appointment before you go."

"Looked nothing like the picture and the pork belly was all fat and no flavor. Noodles werent cooked properly either the only good thing was the broth so this definitely wasnt worth the price"

"Our grill continuously turned off like 5 times and we had to keep calling the server to come fix it which could easily be fixed by switching a table. Requested for a corner table when reserving but wasn't given one even when they had many open unseated tables. Aside from the food being fine and the neighboring server Joseu being friendly to fix our grill when we couldn't find our server, I wouldn't go back to this location's Gyu-Kaku ."
