"This was the nastiest, and I mean nastiest. At what point in life is rice supposed to be as crunchy as it came out the bag. The coconut shrimp was burnt, hard, and thrown together like mayo and potatoes. The spring roll was hard as a rock, mushy, and tasted like old baby food. The lo mein, I give it a 5..but overall I give this spot a negative half star for the wasted $35 dollars. What a joke…and now we have to find dinner again..one bite of everything made sure of that. Don’t order from here ??"

"Outstanding experience. Hitachi Express was close, easy to find, and they make it easy to create an online order so nice to have everything taken care of when you arrive. "My family and I eat take-out from here alot because the food is always hot and fresh. But on today I was so disappointed! I ordered my food ahead of time and waited at home an extra 10 minutes so 30 minutes in all, well I still have to wait a another hour for my food. I was so upset and yes I wanted to walk out but I paid for the food when I arrived plus my son really wanted to eat it."
