"Two of us visited 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Realised prices are going up. Studied the board. Cod and chips £6.50. So £13 for two. Was asked if we wanted to have just one portion of chips between two of us. Yes. That sounded a good idea. It was already to go so bagged up straight away and the charge was £15.50? How come? Ok must be another price increase. Board out of date? The high price caused raised expectations of quality which were not met. Greasy not crispy batter on the fish which was mushy not flaky and the chips, although a large portion were notthing special. Very disappointed."
