"Leider hat das alte Team des St. Vith die Lokalität gewechselt und führt nun "Die Laube". Die Laube war immer schon gemütlichrustikal und nun hat sie durch die Renovierung einen frischeren Touch ohne den alten Charme eingebüßt zu haben. Leider ist jedoch das Essen nicht mehr so toll einwandfrei wie noch im St. Vith: Zumindest die Schnitzel schmeckten nicht mehr so gut, sondern eben wie Fertigprodukte kaum mit Eigengeschmack und nicht wie frisch vom Stück geschnitten in eigener Panade und in frischem/r Fett/Öl/Butter zubereitet. Zudem ist die Speisenkarte nicht mehr so vielfältig und nicht mehr so deutlich (nieder)rheinisch..."
