"A delicious spot for a luxurious brunch. Start of with their wonderfully made pastries such as their pistachio croissant which has a nice flakiness and texture. Their eggs benedict with foie gras felt grand and rich, but each component still stood out while pairing well with each other. The hollandaise sauce was velvety and covers each of the wonderfully cooked components, perfecting the dish. The butter poached lobster was brilliant too. The lobster simply prepared but with respect, allowing it's flavour and freshness to shine."
