"I ordered a take-out worth $40-45 picked the food and the moment when I entered my house I saw that the food was already spilled in the plastic bag. We immediately called for the food to be spilled into plastic bags. And the few Mr....Joe replied to my call and had dropped the food I didn't do) and started pointing fingers without listening to what we had to say. 1) Before pointing fingers/customer, at least listen to your customers. At least listen to your customers and see what he expects. I've never asked anything .. since I was a 5-year loyal customer I just wanted to give feedback and expect nothing in return) 2) I got a call back and the girl who gave the food said when she gave the food, it wasn't spilled, so not our fault. And I agree with him, but how about that if the lid was not properly closed and the food was spilled. No one disturbed to say: "We are sad for your experience and there are everything we can do to you are from hospitality industry at least have some courtesy to your customers. Everyone is not a free charger. 3) I went back to the restaurant and returned the food as it is. I didn't even open the plastic bags. Neither I asked Nor I would have accepted the refund, but you have not even offered an apology or my money back. Be ASHAMED by yourself because you do not try APOLOGISE for the saliva of my dinner, even after I return the food. Of course you have lost a customer, and I am sure you will either take care of the best wishes for you!"

"I ate here with a girlfriend after we had attended an event at the International Centre. We were warmly greeted upon arrival quickly shown to our seats. The restaurant is airy with ample seating a warm atmosphere. They have a decent menu choice.. I ordered a starter main meal (veggie spring rolls tofu dish). We didn't have to wait long for our food. Sadly even though the food was well presented, both my dishes lacked in flavour were pretty tasteless. I had to add plenty of salt pepper to make it more appealing. Sadly I'm still on the hunt for some really nice Chinese food, as I continue to compare my experiences here with ones back in the UK. So far the UK is winning hands down."

"*This is for the MillCreek location*Co workers at the office were craving hakka style food, so we found this spot located on 6905 Millcreek Drive, Unit 13 Mississauga, via Google Maps as it was only a few km away from our office. All 6 of us ordered something different, the young lady who took our order over the phone was VERY helpful, kind and hilarious, she advised it would take 15-20 minutes. Once we went in to pick up the food, we did have to wait an additional 10 minutes or so, but that is understandable as we ordered 6 different items.Once we got the food, we were on our way back to work. At work, we all ate and shared. Probably one of the better hakka restaurants. I'd definitely be going back there! Prices are very reasonable, quantity is good and chicken is cooked unlike other places.Better than Eddies Wok? no. Close to it? Yes. Better than Hakka Legend? Yes. Just to put it into perspective, as those places are all within 5 km range."

"We visited Royal Jasmine last night with our friends for the first time. And I must say ITS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD PLACE IN GTA!!! It’s perfect and tastes like Indo-Chinese and just the way one would like!I wish I had clicked more pictures but couldn’t resist and we just ended up digging in as soon as the food arrived… we tried their Dry Manchurian, Schezwan Noodles and African Fries! We were happily with all the dishes..!!Service was even great with friendly staff."

"Went for dinner at around 9pm on a Sunday. Just a couple of tables were occupied. We have been there a few times already, but this is my first review. It is now called Hakka Legend. Started with a Vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup. Very different from the ones I have tried. Very sour and with lots of fried crispy vegetables and some Tofu.We ordered for mains a Paneer Fried Rice, Vegetarian Shanghai Noodles, Vegetarian Manchurian Balls with gravy and Spicy Garlic Tofu with Mixed Vegetables. The Manchurian Balls and Mixed vegetables now do not come with a bowl of white plain rice. That was disappointing. The Paneer Fried Rice was a bit too much oily and lacked spice. The amount of paneer was on the low end as well and much of the Paneer was way over Fried. The Noodles as well was low in flavour and high in oil. The Manchurian Balls came with the sauce that was perfect but the balls were too soft. The perfect ones always have some crunch left while still in the gravy. The Garlic Tofu Mixed Vegetables were the best although the skimped on the Tofu. The quantity of Fried Rice, Noodles and Manchurian Balls were more than we could handle. Lots left for lunch/dinner tomorrow. Disappointing visit."
