"When i was severely ill, i forgot to inform the restaurant to cancel a reservation. Not only did I give a valid reason, but I also apologised. The person who called me be very rude, telling me i have no responsibility and dont know how it works, they also told me never to call or come here again. How is this running a business with great customer service? I was going to reschedule the reservation for another day however due to the person's attitude they just lost business. Great recipe for success? I think not. Definitely a place to avoid. Oh and the person also called me a rat. Great level of professionalism isn't it? I am more than happy to invite this person to my workplace where we exercise professionalism, customer service, how to run a business that is dependent on being understanding, corteous, kind and helpful to cutomers. Maybe he can learn a thing or two."

"This restaurant lists at the top of the eating experience in london. the hotel is located in the opposite in beckton near the king george dlr railway station. the place looks small, but packs uo really good Indian and Pakistani cuisine. opens only in the evening and mostly cat suppliers. we found this place on Google maps and it turned out to be worth the visit. the service and the staff were absolutely friendly and great to have them around. we had balti chicken and naan. the balti chicken was mixed with spicy and brownish mix. we ordered, since the description sounds different and it was really nice and different. the naan along with it was also good and soft, perfectly complicated the...read more"
