"We arrived at 6 by chance on the terrace of this welcoming brewery. Despite the late hour, 2:00 p.m., we were able to install ourselves and especially enjoy delicious dishes by sorting with an excellent Corsican wine of course. The Lyon team from Cauro had a warm time. Thank you all and of course soon!"

"The location of the restaurant is very beautiful, a nice view of the sea and spot on for the lightning and background music. The service was absolutely flawless (the best we've experienced in corsica). The wine list has a good selection and the sommelier guided us elegantly and proving great expertise. The food: mise en bouche (oyster) was super, the entrees very nice (langoustine tartare and beef tataki), the main courses (tuna and red shrimps linguine) very well presented and executed although in our opinion are missing bit of balance. To end the dinner my bf took the cheeses and they were delicious, while my desert (chocolate based) was good but, quantity-wise, I would have preferred a smaller portion. In addition, we requested to bring our small dog with us and it was accepted with no problem at all. Congrats and we believe a Michelin star would be very much well deserved."
