"Only lived in Los Angeles for 40 years and we finally found a great Chinese restaurant. All of the meals were delicious and the owner was so friendly. Too bad we live in West LA. But it will be worth the drive when we will crave mandarin food again."

"To start: we have been to this restaurant before and loved it. To be fair, we were a party of 9 it was my fathers birthday. but never before have i experienced such lousy service. our waiter was horrible (was it because he knew he was getting a 20% tip no matter what? it took 20min for our drink order and then we had to keep waving him down for another. the food took a very long time (we were a big party but it all came out cold. I had a cold filet, but hot baked potato? my sister had a cold crab cake who wants cold fish? the waiter did not check in with us, we had to keep asking other servers to find him. SO SO disappointed i wanted this to be a great meal and the server ruined it. we ended being there for 3.5 hours! he did not deserve the automatic 20% gratuity that was incorporated into our check."

"Hong Kong has been my favorite Chinese food restaurant for 20 years. I measure all other Chinese food restaurants against this restaurant. I have many favorites, such as egg rolls, wonton soup, chicken noodle soup, Singapore House Rice noodles, delicious curry, and the best Szechuan! My kids love the orange chicken and lo mein noodles. The service is always fast, the food is always excellent, and the staff is always friendly!"

"This place had delicious shrimps and green beans in light mushroom sauce Large delicate juicy shrimps not overcooked or salty as many places I would always ask for very light sauce and they have always included my request. delicious and reasonable prices 1 order delivered enough for 2 meals I regret that it now seems closed! 01 17 20 phone does not separate online orders, place has butcher paper in all windows, although the sign is still on."
