"I ordered mobile here this morning before I leave my house with the Bruegger app. I came there about 20 minutes later and my order was not ready. Then I waited 10 minutes before I asked for my order, and they told me they had done it. At this point it would have been much faster to wait only in line and order. The woman who worked there informed me that they were from the kind of bagel I ordered what was super frustrating because I had been waiting for a while to get my food, but I just requested another type of bagel. When I finally went to eat my food, I found that she had not given me the replacement I requested and made my sandwich with a completely different kind of bagel."

"This is the worst Brueggers location ever!! No matter how long the line is, there are always 2 employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left there as I only had a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter just played with a towel for 5 minutes instead of asking me what I needed. My order is plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than 3 minutes in ans out. Never again!!"

"Picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning. It wasn’t as busy as usual so I got in and out fairly quickly. The Bakers Bundle is an excellent deal with 13 bagels of your choice and 2 6.5 oz tubs of cream cheese for 16. The bagels are delish. Easily as good as the bagels I got in NYC. The service was also great. My savory bagels were packed separate from the sweet bagels And the cashier saved me by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. A great way to start my day."
