"Just ordered from skip the dishes and when the order came there were no chips in the 8 piece fish and chip dinner. When we called the Welland location, that made the error, they told us there is nothing they can do. We needed to go through Skip the Dishes for a refund!!!!! A refund for the chips in a fish and chip meal??? No apology, no explanation of how to help us to get the meal we ordered. When we asked to talk to a manager, another employee came on to tell us the same thing and tell us we were holding up their phone line. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this restaurant."
