"I called to ask if they had blue crabs and the employee said no very rudely. As I was saying thank you, he hung up the phone really hard. I called back to speak to the manager and the employee kept asking who I was. Now he wanted to talk... But he then informed me that I would have to wait a minute. I waited ten seconds and the manager answered. He was nice, but gave an excuse to why his employee was rude. He apologized, however, I felt he was just trying to get me off of the phone. I also told him I won't be using my manners anymore since it's ok for his employee to base how he interacts with one customer because of previous experiences. Jessie you need to hire friendlier staff and don't let your employees manage you."
