"This place is getting better. Although the whole dinner is above average, the sublime dish is her Macadamia-Encrusted Halibut. I think that even those who do not particularly enjoy fish will be blown away from the solid yet delicate “fill” that does not have a touch of fishiness over it, and the contrasting texture crisis of the crust makes me salivate as I write. To finish the experience, the dish is served with a mango aioli/ship, fresh vegetables divine potatoes (not eat them when you die, but do not miss the experience of the fish only due to them). They're being transported. Add white wine and enjoy the Divine."
