"We came later in the evening, as residents of west kelowna, and having been here before with a wonderful experience.... we found our second time around very disappointing. On a Thursday - it was relatively busy - however we waited more than 30 minutes for our first drink, 60 min for our appy - and while watching the open kitchen.. the Chef plate our pizza (after 90 min) I watched her lick her fingers and continue to plate our food. I felt bad for our waitress she really was doing her best in the circumstances. They offered gourmet toppings on the pizza... I'm gunna be honest ... they were awful. Sad to say - this was a horrible experience. I'll also note this is the first restaurant review I've ever felt compelled to write. Don't waste your money here. Even their wait staff don't stand behind their food/drink services."
