"My favourite part of this restaurant was the atmosphere! The dimmed tone of the dining room gives an upscale look while still presents a welcoming and intimate feeling. The lighting really concentrated on the food and made the food look very appetizing? and the food was also good. We enjoyed the free freshly baked Focaccia and sourdough. The chickpeas hummus had a good taste, although it is rare to taste cumin in Italian cuisine. The beet and burrata star was beautiful and fresh and was one of my favorites of the night! The two pastas we ordered, the Pomodoro and the Pesto, were also really delicious. The pasta itself was beautiful and al dente, and was beautifully coated with the sauces. It was simple, but definitely with unique, raised flavors. The only disappointments were the slow service and the attention of our main server. Not the service I expect from a restaurant of this price class. A beautiful cozy place to enjoy drinks and special occasions!"

"Bravo for them to have a wine pairing dinner option with Chef's choices that were more creative, fun, and delicious than expected. Their sommelier (Michael?) was very gracious and friendly as well. Wines were interesting and well paired. My husband is a som and appreciated the care taken to pair the dishes with the wine. This is definitely a place for those looking for fine dining with a beautiful wine cellar and unique ice bar experience. Portions are of course smaller, but then again this IS a fine dining restaurant where portions are appropriate for exceptional dishes with unique flavors. We appreciated the attentive service as well as ambience to celebrate our last night in beautiful Whistler. NOTE: We also ate at other pubs and restaurants in Whistler but were specifically looking for a fine dining experience. Found it here."
