"We turned up mid afternoon on a Saturday. We stood by the sign ‘Please wait to be seated’ The place was about 1/3rd full so not really busy. There were a lot of staff standing around chatting to each other and occasionally attending to a customer. We we waited and waited in fact over 15 minutes before some chap bothered to come up to us by which time my partner said they don’t deserve our money or business let’s go. I spoke to the member of staff and told him how poor it is and how I’m not going to spend my money with you people when you cannot be bothered to show that you want me as a customer and they couldn’t care less. Funny how this branch has today been identified for closure and good job too the staff don’t deserve to work in hospitality because they have no customer skills and couldn’t care less and long as they get paid we’ll no more because you’re out of a job and good riddance I say."

"I had a great lunch here. personal very friendly and accommodating for the needs required : eating really good, fresh good ingredients big salad, sandwiches (awesome brot! and scenario! all fresh! only a very easy canvas that the caffe inside is not a bit more cozy and warmer. but would definitely come back! "My review focus is based on the service received. Staff may be dressed smartly, but some were so tired they couldn’t focus on serving me (yawning openly). The happy ones that weren’t tired were too loud, between themselves, and distracted us from our conversation. A Latte coffee order was served lukewarm, twice!! Items were missing from our bill. An overall poor experience"

"Very tasty in here I really liked the mixed kebab. It didn't look that big on the menu or even when it came out but it was filling as heck! Staff were good for the most part but one dude seemed a little lost maybe he was new."
