"Five families, 21 of us in total were camping at Sandwich Technology College for the bank holiday weekend. We left it a bit late on the booking front but fortunately St Crispin Inn could accommodate us. We were so pleased they did, as it worked...out brilliantly. They were great as they had to jiggle the seating plan too, as we added two more people to our number late on. (thank you for your patience Jason We found a path, off the road, that took us to the pub in 20 minutes. St Crispin Inn had put us in our own room to the side, which I'm sure the other patrons were glad of! We were emailed the menus beforehand and had sent back our chosen mains. There was a great variety to pick from, including roasts, ribs, fish and chips and burgers. There were vegetarian options too, a vegetable tart roast and the halloumi burgers, which were delicious. All the food came out quickly and the presentation and portions were impressive. The service we had was fantastic, our large number didn't seem to phase them at all. I didn't get everyone's names but a big thanks to Liam! So to summarise, pretty location, very accommodating, brilliant friendly service and fantastic food. We couldn't have asked for more, we were very happy campers! Thank you!"

"Friday is breakfast day, and they can not come fast enough for us as we enjoy collected through our sausage and cheese muffin meal from Angela. We ate in the café, also the service and the food is great, all served by staff with great sparkling smiles. Keep the big work girl xx"

"Excellent, we've been looking for a beefeater for years. We were out on a day. put Steakhouse in Google and The Plough, Beefeater. We love Beefeater restaurants. We did not book on a Friday of a Bank Holiday Weekend, the Concierge said they had no place but checked a found table. The hotel, (Premier Inn), next door holds this beefeater busy. We had a nice service from Abi, which led us through the traditional menu. We chose three courses, starting with the ever-popular Prawn cocktail, was the Steaks net and we had to press for the room to consume a desert Lol Bill was acceptable. Staff excellent, pleasant and polite, always smile and react. The restaurant was clean, clean and well maintained. We will return when the next in the area and recommend The Plough for all"

"Beautiful visit. has read reviews about gluten-free fish, but still needed to check in person. very helpful explains that they cook the GF battery separately with the chips so that we can enjoy the full fish chips experience on the wonderfully sunny coast. very tasty and rewarding"
