"So glad we found this shop as the food was amazing and the choice for vegetarians was brilliant. We were the last customers (tip don’t turn up just before closing time as they stop serving maybe 20 25 mins before to give them time to get existing orders out) and I’m so glad we just got there in time. Massive portions, crispy batter, freshly cooked food with a fun (slightly zany) atmosphere. Haddock, goujons, calamari , halloumi and onion rings were fabulous eaten on the beach just a 5 min walk away."

"Delicious food ! We came down from London and would probably pop back down on the train for this ! Great value, falafel wrap and the platter were both delicious. Fresh tasting ingredients , especially the pomegranate seeds and baba ganoush. Student discount is available too : vegan friendly"

"Akin made the whole experience so wonderful. He’s very gentle by nature and attentive. My friend and I were supposed to celebrate her birthday meal here but had to cancel due to sickness. I went along and ordered take away instead. He offered my Turkish tea while I waited for my order and when he found out it was for her birthday he gave us a free caramel cheesecake and sent their birthday love. Well it goes without saying. The food was phenomenal! Thank you x"

"Would give this place 7 stars if I could! Came to Brighton for a long weekend from London, and was pleasantly surprised when in this pub, the interior is beautiful, they kept the personality of the building while it was up-to-date and suitable to Brighton. The staff were beautiful and although busy on Saturday night were not waiting, I tried a variety of different gins and my partner tried to be a few of their craftsmen who one of the staff mentioned a few of them being local. We stayed late on Saturday night, the DJ definitely stopped us! Will definitely return when we are next in Brighton!!!!"
