"My husband and I went to Weymouth to catch up with an old school friend of mine… we rented the flat above the Hive café…I was very impressed by the layout of the flat. The food in the café was absolutely divine. Rachel makes the best quiches I’ve ever tasted and Simon, well what can I say about his cakes…. Exquisite.."

"Nothing not too like. Friendly nice busy pub. If it was bigger they would fill it. The lady who does the food certainly knows how to look after her customers. All bar staff are very friendly, a must if you're in weymouth. Be aware it does get very busy at times for food. But worth the wait for a seat."

"I taken my mum here today for Xmas lunch not knowing what it would be like as never been to this pub. We are very happy the pub looks lovely and staff could not be any more helpful. We got there a little early yet was aloud in.what was lovey is it was one sitting for lunch yes is was very busy and there was wait between food I really liked this as it was not rush have food and take your money. Thank you guys for a lovely afternoon. We definitely be back in the new year. Promise I won’t do a last min booking"

"Took our 6 kids here today for lunch after Portland Castle. They loved it! Most of us had seafood but we have a couple who aren’t keen so they had pizza! All was lovely food and I had a lovely Mojito. Can’t beat sitting outside by the sea! Will definitely be back when we are back in the area!"

"Me and.mrs went in there on Sat 13 may the day after it reopened. Well not much I can say apart from freeking awsome. I would recommend going there to everyone. Very friendly and the food was sooooooo good. No way anyone could not like it there. Good on The pocket too. Awsome job in there please don't drop the standards. Will be back again. Xxx"
