"Decided to pop down (from Petts Wood might I add) for a few pints of my favourite, Hop Rocket today as it was my birthday. Service was 2/5 at best, seemed to have a lot of staff but with absolute minimal organisation. No attentiveness to what people needed, with multiple staff stood around chatting, listening to music or just distracted by everything other than customers. The beer was fantastic as always but we had to leave sooner than I wanted as my wife went to use the toilets and in both the disabled and womens cubicles the state of the place was akin to Glastonbury. Pee all over the seats and no toilet roll. Not what I would expect with so many staff on hand. Gents facilities were fine (just for the record) A real shame as other times we have been here the place has been well organised and much better managed. Get this sorted and you’d be fine, Westerham."
