"I booked this restaurant for lunch on a weekday and asked for a table for 4 on the terrace. The meal was really good value for money. At 14.50 euros per person, the menu included home-made soup, starter, main course, dessert, plus bread and water...served in a jug (2.50 euros for a glass of local house wine). Unlike in other restaurants, there was a range of starters and main courses to choose from in the formule midi menu. The pâté périgourdin proved to be a good choice of starter. Similarly, the veal casserole served with a choice of side dishes was perfect home cooking. Finally, the home-made apple tart pleased everybody. The service was very friendly and attentive. It is a quiet location, perfect for those travelling between Terrason and Sarlat."
