"Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders ... my a . We pulled in to an open I repeat OPEN Burger King and walked up to the door when what was probably the rudest young lady (and I use that term generously) grabbed the door from inside and slammed it shut. Yelling at us through the door we were informed that and I quote What 's wrong with you fool, it 's Covid out there. You ain 't comin ' in here. Go order thru the drive in window. Only because my grandchildren were with me and we were already late for the new Top Gun movie at the drive in down the road,, I did use the drive in window. The burgers were barely warm, the chicken fries were cold, no napkins, no sauces, no anything resembling CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a B.K. fan for decades, but never before at this location so I 'm really left wondering Is this attitude normal for Scranton? Or was this just a really, really bad night? Maybe just a very poorly trained new employee? Either way, I won 't be back. Not sure if it was the way things unfolded, or if it was the food but for the first time ever, I left a Burger King with a really bad taste in my mouth."
