"The food was really good and the menu changed each day. Set prices of 25 euros for one course or 30 for two courses (some supplements applied). A good wine list from 20 euros to 500 euros a bottle! We ate in the hotel restaurant 3 evenings out of 4."

"We were going to get takeaway, but decided to eat in. As a varied group (four adults, one of whom vegetarian, one pre-schooler, one baby), we were all pleased with our food and the service. Tables are a bit crammed in, but they produced a high-chair straight away. Veggie choice excellent and my wife deemed it possibly the best pizza she'd ever eaten! Check the specials board as I had an hors-menu gem with air-cured ham, goats cheese, Parmesan and olives."

"Whilst there is a warm and jovial atmosphere here, this is let down by the quality of the food. The lasagne was cold in the middle and the bread served had already been half eaten by a previous table. Two compensatory shots at the end...of the meal were welcome but we won’t be rushing back."

"A wonderful dinner with friends in a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. First class aperitifs (the local beer is excellent! , served with lots of warmth. The menu is sufficiently varied, with traditional Savoyard dishes to chose from as well as the daily menu which was the reason we were there. Delicious and colourful Tomato Buffalo salad, followed by a smoked Aloyau steak unusual and delicious. Sorbet to finish Pineapple, another first for me. Very imaginative menu for the gourmands. Service impeccable, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The wine list is great too. Highly recommended. A luxury ambiance in fine hotel."

"I feel sorry for any staff who have to work here, in fact, I even feel sorry for Madame Babeth because she is in fact the most cruel and horrible woman I have ever seen working in a restaurant. She will be the next Disney...movie Villain. Never have I been yelled at so much for accidentally removing my credit card from the machine several seconds too early. The meal is quite good, but if you leave this place with your life, it's a good day. (Even my French friend said wow, even for a french lady she is horrible). I'm sorry, normally I don't ever write 1 star reviews (if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all), but to see her cuss-out nearly every table in the restaurant, that's awful."
