"I typically go there with my family for meals, but we ordered through Skip the Dishes as we knew the food was good but didn't want to go out for a change. To our surprise my husbands meal didn't come, so I called Wimpey's and the receptionist was surprised and admitted they missed it. She said they would send out another. I got a call from Skip about getting my money back for his meal to make up for the mistake. An hour passes and no meal is brought in so I call up Wimpey's and I'm told to reach out to Skip, that it's through them as Wimpey's has no delivery drivers. I contact Skip and the rep tells me Wimpey's isn't accepting the order as they're out of the meal he wanted, Hot Beef Dinner. I file a complaint and hear back from management the next day, they put money on my Skip account to cover the delivery charge for my next order. I asked if Wimpey's would be sending out the dinner on another date and I'm told to talk to Wimpey's about it. So I call Wimpey's and I'm told that Skip told them not to interact with the customer to avoid mix ups from happening, and if I want the meal I need to put it through Skip and that another order will not go out since I got the refund. So in the end my husband never got his dinner and all I got was both companies wanting me to call the other company instead, passing the buck. I didn't care about the refund money, all I wanted was a meal for my husband."
