"Our group of 7 had a lovely dinner recently. The restaurant is small (we didn't explore to see the other areas available though) food is plentiful and wine was reasonably priced. The tapas plate is what everyone had it had 12 or so little items on a large rectangle plate. The little sausages were fabulous, onion tart with brie, wow, now I can't remember more items but everyone liked all. We had a vegatarian with our group and neglected to mention that so we just traded some items around and all was good. We arrived at 8 PM and were the first then the place filled up as the evening progressed. They do take reservations also."

"This unassuming little roadside family restaurant is on the north side of the pretty, wooded, winding D6, near the river, outside the village, with ample parking. We sat at a shaded table and gave our order from the daily specials board to friendly cheerful Madame,...while Monsieur did the serious cooking inside. We hadn't seen any recommendations, so our expectations weren't that high, but in fact they were exceeded. A generous tranche of perfectly cooked veal came folded over hot salt ham and capers for an interesting taste, carefully and inventively presented with a serrated bed of mashed potatoes on which nestled real fresh vegetables. Local violet ice cream and a selection of coffees, followed by a reasonable bill, completed a very nice lunch. Real French home cooking, good presentation and service, (and squeaky-clean toilets! . ."

"What can I say about this place? I love it!!! The terrace is perfectly located overlooking St Paul de Vence. The service is wonderful, the cuisine is absolutely delicious and it has been gifted with a Michelin star for years now. I can only recommend a summer visit. My favorite is June, when the weather is perfect and the number of tourists in the Provence is not overwhelming. Start with a glass of champagne, delight yourself through the menu (I have a soft spot for the black truffles and the dishes they have in the menu offer generous portions of it). The cheese selection is superb and the wine list is carefully chosen. I will come back over and over again."
