"Called for lunch, the place was busy, we ordered using the app, the drinks were brought to our table Cokes) within minutes, we ordered food as well which we got within minutes, served by a pleasant young man, we had Ham, Egg and Chips, runny eggs, plenty of ham and the chips were good, total cost less than go to Westherspoons expecting star food, go with an open mind.The place could do with a bit of sprucing up but was acceptable"

"Well over an hour late and the order was wrong they sent someone else's order to my address and wouldn't believe me when I said that was not what I ordered onlline. They asked me to go and prove it. They blamed me and Just Eat and wouldn't accept any responsibility. I called them idiots as that's exactly what they are (the company apologies to the girl as she was just trying to help). But the male/owner never ever experienced customer service like that before. Absolute disgrace arguing with a customer. Soon to be closed on that basis."

"Fabulous reserve with so much to see, even ende januar, when a lot of vegetation dies back, but with many winter visitors migrants (feated! to see. I arrived with the train to silverdale about carnforth. main visitor center just a short walk from there. RSPB staff welcome the people at the arrival to ask if something special they want to see, they give advice of the best places within the reserve. hauptreservat has several large skins that offer excellent prospects over the lagoons reedbeds. the information boards look pretty much everywhere. I had a nice lunch (Pie bases in the on-site café there also a very good load. many employees in front of location who care about the website that is a great credit for everyone. excellent viewing platform (skytower, which offers a magnificent view over most sides. the birds I could see while I was there, saw egrets, pintails, goldeneye, more volatile sight of marsh harrier to mention many more. not only birds to see that they have the chance to see otters, which I unfortunately did not see, but saw a chair. it was not possible to carve the coastal mucosa into the sand salt marshes, but this is for another day."

"Relatively quiet when we arrived, we ordered lunch for 5 people, just main courses (vegetarian and fish options), it took the best part of an hour for food to arrive. Guests who arrived after us, received their food before us, when questioned a male member of staff he seemed to have an attitude and just said ‘it’s being plated up’. When the food arrived it was lukewarm, the halloumi kebab which was £18 just had a few pieces of halloumi and peppers (which were clearly from a jar). The fish was oven baked not fried and the veggie wrap had limited vegetables in it. We used to like this place but don’t think we will be visiting again."
