"This has been my go to place for a while but the last few times has been terrible. Rolled tacos not cooked all the way through and recently their hard shells chicken tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat and the shell was not cooked all the way so hard to bite. Wasted money today. Christian the manager stated that they have no way of controlling the way the shells or food is cooked. Maybe they need to be inspected by the FDA. He then continue to tell me to go elsewhere then. Extremely disappointed in this business with how they are handling the community. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you'd like to be disappointed and waste your money."

"Always good food and service. I am not a complainer that's why the 5 stars. May I suggest you do something about the crazy loud chairs on the patio! Hard to enjoy your food when people are dragging them in and out from the table and it is extremely loud streaking noise. Maybe pad the feet of the chair?"

"Richies once again lives up to being my favorite restaurants in the Valley. Both locations are awesome. Food is great, always fresh tasting, and doesn't take long to get to your table. The serve staff is all professional, and you can tell they are treated well, because I've seen many of them working there for years. As far as COVID precautions go, they have ample outdoor space, well covered, and well spaced out, plus all staff is wearing masks. Long story short, if you're looking for diner food in the valley, Richies should be your answer, both at the Murrieta Hot Springs location, and the Temecula Parkway location."

"4.50 stars. Service is friendly enough. They have some specialty donuts with bacon and such on them but not early in the morning. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are decent. Coffee is good."
