"The 2 stars are for the nice staff, but the food didn't deserve any. It's not bad but just not good and irrelevant, very plain. I got to say that we're french basque ourselves so our standards are probably higher so we'll definitely won't stop again!"

"Cafe La Haye gets a solid 4 stars. The food is too good, but not excellent. The service is warm and welcoming, but not entirely personal. In an industry where restaurants focus on health, customer service and creativity, the Cafe La Haye seems to be out of date. I would recommend eating here with friends or family who enjoy good food, but can comprehend using creative menus."

"Wow, fresh, creative, delicious, charming, this is my new favorite breakfast spot in Sonoma and Napa County. If you see their homemade pop cakes (handpis), get them! We had the blueberry and strawberry and they were so flocky and natural and tasty. Loved her chicken sausage English Muffin Sandwich, with a hint of tangent from mustard and one side of fruit. Creamy Cappuccino. Outdoor seating. Shout to Jud, who was so helpful and sweet to us and our dog. 5 stars!!!!"

"Based on: Café has an indoor café that sells a selection of bakeries, cafes and drinks. My Madame Sandwich was really good. The cheese on it was slightly sharp, but mostly subtle and very melty. I thought it was a great sandwich. The Croissant wasn't so great. It tasted like a grocery store Croissant, so I don't know if they actually do it in the house."

"Came here for my sister in law's birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised in how beautiful the place was! S E R V I C E: We were seated right away outside, where they a beautiful little pool that separates other seating. Our server was nice, and attended to our needs. The appetizers came out in a timely manner, but our main dishes took a while to come. F O O D: For appetizers we tried their focaccia bread, which was amazing! We also tried their bruschetta that had mozzarella cheese on top! For the main dish, I ordered their Gnocchi with asparagus, and it was sadly underwhelming. Yes, the gnocchi was cooked nicely, but the flavors were lacking. The sauce tasted too much like regular spaghetti sauce. For dessert, my husband ordered their chocolate cake with ice cream, and I had tiramisu. The tiramisu was too light for me, so I had to steal the chocolate cake : O V E R A L L: I enjoyed the appetizers and dessert more than the main dish. The serving sizes were crazy small, which did not match the price. It's a beautiful restaurant, but be sure to come with a quiet group."
