"Stopped here on September 30th for 2 nights as I have Stopped here on and off for the last 10 years. Its a fantastic pub with a great atmosphere. Rebecca and the staff are wonderful .The room was great as was the breakfast .Its an oldy world pub with a great atmosphere. And the Black Country ale is great .Thanks everyone. I will be coming again."

"Good food and drink but they missed something off of the order. Sorted out eventually. Update 21/03/2024: Went again. My food was delicious. The place had a low key buzzing feel. Vibrant but not frenetic. Just what you want for a meal out. Or at least I do."

"I had the Moroccan chicken, and like others have previously mentioned, although it was cooked nicely, the sauce lacked any depth and flavour. I found it odd to be served pasta and potatoes on the same plate! Also I’d have preferred vegetables not salad or to be given a choice. I don’t think the sauté potatoes were freshly made either as they resembled the frozen sliced type found in the supermarket freezer! Not a deal of culinary skills on show in all honesty I can make better food at home."
