"We were looking for a pleasant place to have dinner that was not too pricey. Roma Pizzeria and Ristorante is 10 minutes from our hotel and it looked comfortable when we went in to look at the menu. There is an extensive menu - pasta, risotto, pizzas, salads, pancakes, fish and more. I chose a Margherita pizza and my partner chose pancakes filled with spinach, bacon, and mascarpone. Both dishes were delicious. The waiter was friendly and the service was quite quick. Altogether an enjoyable meal in cosy surroundings. It is a genuine Italian establishment."

"Al llegar al establecimiento nos atendió una camarera que nos pareció bastante agradable. Tras pedir una lasagna para compartir, nos indicó que creía que sería poco. Sin embargo, cuando llegó el plato pudimos comprobar que habríamos estallado de haber pedido más platos. Antes de que llegara el plato principal, la camarera nos trajo unos panes y una tapa de aceitunas y olivas. Nuestra sorpresa fue bastante grande cuando al ver el ticket de la factura, nos habían cobrado por los panes y las aceitunas, y no poco precisamente. Además, el agua mineral que habíamos pedido tampoco era barata. La lasagna estaba muy buena, eso hay que reconocerlo, pero cuidado si vais con el dinero justo. Además, tampoco incluían el servicio en el ticket por lo que había que añadir un poco más. No está mal, pero durante el viaje hemos comido en otros italianos más ricos, más comida y por menos precio."

"Let me start by saying that the food was good, both in taste and concept, however:- we booked at 9pm and they had already run out of the daily specials, restricting the choice to the regular menu which is very limited (three maim courses.-) we sat outside and they could have done a better job at choosing the furniture (foldable chairs and tables, ikea-style and not very comfortable,) plus the seating area extended basically to the tarmac, with the cars passing by next to us.- I always consider the state of the restrooms as an indicator of the overall quality of the restaurant; here one of the lights was held in place by cello tape and the toilet itself was in terrible conditions (dirty seat with one of the hinges out of place).Instead of boasting the Michelin starred name at the entrance, I would put some extra effort in fixing the details which in the end mar the overall experience."

"I stayed here with my partner for a recent birthday treat, and it was very enjoyable. The location is the biggest selling point - literally 60 seconds from the cathedral, and a 10 minute walk from the station. The hotel is clean, well maintained and filled with history. The rooms are of a large size, well maintained and the chambermaids do a great job - one even asked us in the evening if they'd like us to turn the room now as we had a do not disturb sign in the morning. The staff are overall very approachable and reception will help with any requests. The only negatives I could find were no tea service on the room, and the bar is never attended so you'll need to find someone for service. But it was a quiet period, so can be forgiven for less staff working. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we paid on average €175 a night, so worth it if nothing else to be so close to the centre."

"I never ate such a bad pizza in my life! I paid 17 euros for two margaritas (one with crudo) and there was no mozzarella but a cheap cheese. If you write mozzarella, should be real mozzarella! The pizza was oily and without tomato sauce. I have nausea and I managed to eat just half pizza. Usually I am not that strong but I am very disappointed. If you don't how to make pizza, cook something else!"

"We stumbled on this restaurant as we had been unable to get a table at Vapianos further up the road but I was very glad we went here instead as it was one of the tastiest pasta dishes I have had. It was a small friendly restaurant used by the locals which is always a good sign. The waitress was very helpful and the food was amazing. Definitely worth a visit!"
