"This restaurant with its beautiful beer garden is located above Witten Annen in Rtg. Herdecke opposite the Minigolfplatz Ardey. It is a detached house with a larger parking space on the right side. There are a few steps to the entrance. In the entrance area there is a large beverage counter on the right. This area is decorated with many Italian details, including 2 beautiful old restored Vespa scooters. Right behind the counter is a small dining room and left the large dining room. We visit this restaurant, which has existed since 2007 (we know the managing director and part of the staff already from the old Bochum era EDIT 2018: The former managing director and his wife Kellnerin are no longer busy here, but the pizza baker and the cook are fortunately again and again spontaneously on Sunday afternoon after 15:00, if it is no longer so full there, or even occasionally sporadic within the week. We were welcomed very nicely and accompanied to our table. In the large dining room, where we have a table with 5 people today, there is a large stone oven at the end. On the way to our table we passed the kitchen where you can see very well in it, today looked very clean. However, if the large dining room is full of guests, the noise scene can be somewhat higher there, but not unpleasant. The tables are beautifully covered with a fabric table top and tissue-stored as well as a flower vase and a candle. Salt and pepper shakers are already present on the tables. Beverages were picked up at short notice by adding the menus and the 2 special cards, where there were also various fish and meat dishes. In the large dining room, these dishes are also partly on a very large chalkboard. On the normal menu you will find typical Italian dishes such as various antipasti, salads, soups, pizzas, pasta dishes, fish and meat dishes as well as desserts. The pasta dishes really start at € 5 and end at just € 10. The average price is between 6.50€ and 8.50€ for pasta dishes. For the quality and size of the portion really top. Better and not more expensive than in many heimpizzas. By the way, the special wishes are always fully fulfilled. A pizza margherita is already available for 5 EUR and the most expensive pizza for 10.50 EUR. Most pizzas are in the price range between 6.50€ and 8.50€ and are tasteful as in Italy. The stone oven already has its advantages. As beer, only Hofbräu Munich (HB beer or Stop HB wheat beer is given; personally, the HB Pils (0,3l for 2,50€) is a bit too watery, only if there is no other variety, you also enjoy it. I myself ordered a large Alster 0.5l for 3,70€, the other large beer 0.5l for also 3,70€, small Alster 0.3l for 2,50€ and a half liter of red wine and another 0.3l apple choir from which I don't know the prices. The drinks were well enticed and the beer also tapped properly. The further beverage delivery always worked very quickly. The main dish was twice pasta and three different pizzas. I had the Rigatoni Napoli with additional paprika and onions molto picante for 6. 1x pizza Hawai, 1x Tagliatelle al Salmone (with salmon, parsley in a cream sauce for 8. or 8.50€ and 2x pizza Salami ham, of which a beautiful picante. The PLV can be equipped with 5 stars for our today's consumed dishes in this restaurant because the dishes are not more expensive than in small pizzas and were really perfect for quality. After ordering, 2 fresh pizza rolls and a total of 2 pots with herbal cream were served in a basket for each guest. After a pleasant waiting period, our dishes were served simultaneously. My very hot pasta dish looked very good and also tasted very delicious, beautiful al` dente and sharp. The lady with the Tagliatelle al Salmone was also enthusiastic about the quality, the salmon content and the portion size. The fact that she has already cast such a large part has more than rarity. The pizzas came from the stone oven and were very thin, typical Italian originals. You could watch the pizza baker from our table at work, he was with great passion. The size of the pizzas was already large and no matter what, all very well occupied, whether with salami, ham, etc. The pizzas have tasted my three companions again very well I myself have also tried some of the Salami pizza to my full satisfaction. The Peperonis were also sharp. The service is very attentive here and an operation comes to the table immediately upon eye contact. Whether it was about the big pepper mill I asked for serving, the reordering of drinks etc., it always works smoothly here. Even if we sit a little longer after dinner and order more drinks and then some desserts or espresso, you will not be here to get the tables free for other guests again. In the meantime, you will also find out if everything is okay or something else is missing. In the case of payment there is also a reasonable bar printing. After that we were kindly accepted. Conclusion: Delicious large pizzas from the stone oven and delicious pasta dishes at very fair prices. We're definitely coming back."
